These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AgentHex (the "Agent") provided by Hexcore Labs Pte Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing and using the Agent, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Agent.

The Agent is intended for individuals who are at least 6 years of age. By using the Agent, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

By using the Agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Agent on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All content, materials, and resources made available on the Centre, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and any other intellectual property, are owned by Hexcore Labs Pte Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

2.2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Agent for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1. Registration

3.2. Prohibited Activities

1. Using the Centre for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Agent or its servers.

4. Disrupting or interfering with the operation of the Agent.

5. Impersonating another person or entity or providing false information.

Our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Agent, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Agent is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the content for any specific purpose.

5.2. Liability Limitation
